His dedication to creating unique, handcrafted pieces has propelled his work into a realm of imagination and fun, making a Mummert sign recognizable across various media. His signs have not only been featured in magazines but have also made appearances in TV sitcoms, cooking shows, and movies, showcasing the widespread appeal and versatility of his creations.

As demand for his distinctive and entertaining product line rapidly increased, Marty's manufacturing capacity was stretched to its limits. This led him to enter into a licensing agreement with Old Wood Signs, allowing for broader distribution and accessibility to his work.
