Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via FedEx and UPS to provide reliable, timely delivery within the US and its territories. The choice of carrier depends on destination, order size, and cost efficiency. For Rural Routes, or other addresses inaccessible by FedEx or UPS, we use USPS. If you have specific carrier requirements, please notify us at the time of order placement, and we will accommodate where possible.
Third-Party Shipping Accounts
We support the use of third-party shipping accounts for customers who prefer to use their own FedEx, UPS, or other carrier accounts. To use a third-party account:
- Provide your account number and carrier details at the time of order.
- Ensure the account is active and configured for third-party billing.
- We will coordinate with the carrier to apply your account for shipping charges.
Note: Any issues with third-party accounts (e.g., invalid account numbers or billing restrictions) may delay shipping. We will contact you to resolve such issues promptly.
Ship-Dates
Wholesale customers may request a delayed ship-date to align with their inventory or promotional needs. To request a future ship-date:
- Specify the desired shipping date at the time of order placement.
- Ship-dates must be within 365 days of order placement and subject to production timelines.
- Orders with delayed ship-dates will be produced and held in our facility until the requested shipping date.
Please note that production lead times (typically 7-10 business days, depending on order complexity and time of year) apply before the ship-date. We will confirm the feasibility of your requested ship-date upon order receipt.
Additional Considerations
- Freight for Large Orders: For oversized or high-volume orders requiring freight shipping (e.g., LTL or palletized shipments), we will coordinate with you to select the appropriate carrier and provide a shipping quote. Freight shipments may also use third-party accounts if provided.
- International Shipping: This policy covers domestic shipping only. For international wholesale orders, please contact us for a separate shipping agreement.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. For third-party accounts, ensure your carrier provides tracking information.
- Damages or Lost Shipments: Inspect deliveries upon receipt. Report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. For lost or delayed shipments, we will work with the carrier to resolve issues promptly.

For wholesale customers located in or visiting the Flathead Valley, we offer local pickup to eliminate shipping costs. All wholesale orders designated for pickup must be collected at our offices in Bigfork, Montana. Please coordinate with our sales team to schedule a pickup time and confirm order readiness.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contact our wholesale team within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photos of the damage and packaging for assessment. We will arrange a replacement promptly upon approval. Do not return the item without prior authorization. If the damage occurred during shipping, the carrier may request to collect the item for their internal review.
Personalization Errors
In case of personalization errors (e.g., misspellings), verify the details provided in your order confirmation email, which reflects the approved personalization submitted. If the error is due to our production process, we will correct it at no cost. Contact our wholesale team within 7 days of receipt with details for review.
Flaws and Defects
For any manufacturing flaws or defects, notify our wholesale team within 7 days of delivery and submit photos clearly showing the issue. We will evaluate the problem and provide a resolution, which may include repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the defect.
Color Disclaimer
Please note that the colors of the final product may differ slightly from what you see on the website due to several factors:
- Transillumination: Monitors display information using transillumination, which is the colored light emitted from your screen. Transilluminated images deliver a much greater range of contrast and color intensity than light reflecting off physical materials such as wood, steel, or aluminum.
- Monitor Calibration: Colors often vary between different computer monitors due to screen calibration differences. Two monitors side-by-side may display slightly different colors. Our designers use professionally calibrated monitors to minimize this issue.
- Material Properties: Each material reflects light differently and has its own texture and finish, affecting color perception. Variations in the printing process, inks, and substrates can also cause slight differences in color.
- Lighting Conditions: The light source with which you view colors, such as daylight versus incandescent lighting, can significantly affect how colors are perceived.
While we strive for the highest fidelity in color representation, subtle variations are to be expected, and we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy.
