In recognition of her distinctive approach to art, Shelle was honored as a Montana Treasured Artist in 2013. Furthering her impact in the art community, Shelle was chosen as an Artist in Residence at Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, WA.

Now based in Montana, her art studio becomes a window to the antics of birds and beasts, shaping her creative narratives.
